Quran for Critical Reasoning – A stone to sharpen your sword

Bismillah! Al Hamdulillah!

A humiliated Ummah: 

We should have been a Ummah of intellect.
We should have been a Ummah who practice thoughtfulness.
And that should have been given us the upper hand over the Kuffar.
And that should have been saved us from humiliation in Myanmar by the hand of the Buddhist Kuffar.
And that should have been saved us from humiliation in Uyghur by the hand of the Chinese Kuffar.
And that should have been saved us from humiliation in Kashmir by the hand of the Hindu Kuffar.
And that should have been saved us from humiliation in Syria by the hand of the Russian Kuffar.
And that should have been saved us from humiliation in Europe by the hand of the Christain Kuffar.

Yeah Allah, we don’t know if these are the Fitnah or punishment (Quran 29:10). Yeah Allah, Yeah AL-Fattah! Ease the affairs of the Muslims. Save the Muslims from the oppression of the Zalimun and the Kuffar. Guide those Zalimun whoever you wish and whoever you won’t guide, you deal with them yeah Rabb.

Critical Reasoing of the Qur’an – A shield to protect from humiliation:

How do you exercise and sharpen your intellect?
By constant Critical Reasoning.
By defining things as it comes to you.
By carefully observing things as it unfolding in front of you.

But with Muslims, what happened was opposite.
Only because Muslims stopped thinking and utilizing their brain.

And therefore, unless you do Critical Reasoning, how do you think your ability to understand the right and the wrong will increase?
And unless you understand the right and the wrong, how do you think your ability to love for the truth and hatred for the falsehood will increase?
And unless you have love for the truth and hatred for the falsehood, how do you think you will be able to Enjoin Good and Forbid Evil?
And unless you Enjoin Good and Forbid Evil, how do you think Allah Ta’ala will save you from these humiliation?

The Source of Certain Knowledge:

What’s the source of knowledge for understanding right and wrong?
Al-Quran Al-Hakeem.
What’s the criteria to understand right and wrong?
Al-Quran Al-Kareem.
What’s the tool to separate filth from the purity?
Al-Quran Al-Majeed.

The unfortunate Ummah:

But Muslim Ummah was discouraged, if not prohibited, to contemplate on Quran, thinking on Quran.
So you find an Ummah with the lowest of Intellect.
Only good thing I see in the Ummah is that they can line up quickly for Salah! That’s only because Allah have mercy on them!
SubhanAllah! There’s nothing else that I can have respect for this Ummah!

I cannot ask Allah to curse on those ‘Scholars’ who put blockade on understanding the Quran nor I can curse those Muslims who follow them.
So I ask Allah to forgive them.
I ask Allah to guide them.

Your intellect and the Quran – A sword and the sharpening Stone:

The analogy of the situation is, the Muslim’s intellect is like:
You have a sword and you have a stone with which you sharpen your sword.
But what happens if you don’t sharp the sword with the stone?

Your brain is a sword and it needs to be sharpen by the stone.
And what is that stone?
Al Quran.

You don’t sharp your sword with a rock, nor with an iron.
You need the stone which is built for sharpening the sword.
The Quran is the best stone that Allah Subhanahu gave you to sharpen you sword, your brain, O Muslim!

And Allah knows best.
May Allah guide Muslims.
